This week has been amazing week once again! Heavenly Father blessed us with multiple tender mercies, helping us find less actives and running into individuals who are so prepared for the gospel! It is so insane to me just how in charge of this work He is! We were able to help one less active in particular get back to church yesterday and the moment she walked in the door I was just so excited! Her husband is not a member and has posed a big stumbling block in front of her being able to truly live the gospel as she wants and this Sunday was just huge that she was able to make that sacrifice to go to church! During testimony meeting which was incredible, so simple and to the point but all so powerful, it strengthened me to realize just how amazing it is to have such a wonderful ward to work in. Here in Texas being LDS is not the norm, not at all, but still there are these amazing people being amazing examples of dedication and strength, doing the right thing even when it is not the norm. Amazing! Even the day this week that all of our appointments fell through and no one was home who we tried to visit, and though the day felt so long, I was able to be happy because the work and this gospel are just that awesome! I have fallen head over heals in love with the Book of Mormon and yes I feel like I say that each week but it is just such an awesome book! From conference, they really stressed the importance of reading every day and though there are so many things one could study out here I have really appreciated the time I get to simply delve myself into the amazing simplicity and power in that book! Anyways, enough of the rant, the work is wonderful, we got dumped on with rain which we needed so desperately! I avoided breaking my neck so many times, me and mud do not mix well! Knocking in the rain was actually enjoyable! Better than sweaty hot! :) All in all a wonderful week I hope your's was as well! Keep being amazing! Don't forget to rely on the Lord, you can't do it alone no matter how awesome you think you are. It just doesn't work that way.. Be good and stay happy! Live the testimony that you have!
with love,
Sister Camarella
