Week 25

Oh goodness this week was so great! I feel like I have grown so much from the experiences we had this week I am just so grateful for it all! Some wonderful miracles of the week started with a new investigator named Alma. She was dating a member for the past 3 years who recently passed away and with other stress going on in her life she was at witt's end pleading with Heavenly Father for some help. At that exact time the spanish elders in our area knocked on her door and referred her to us. We met with her the next day and it was so wonderful, she has been so prepared by the Lord and is just a sweetheart! That was a great lesson and then we had multiple miracles of being able to find less active and refferals for the spanish elders in return. As we learned recently from our training, it's all bites to finish the entire donut box and we are all working on it together doing our part even if it is a rejection at the door step! Most wonderfully this week was the St. Cloud Ward mini MTC fireside! Our three sets of missionaries and our ward mission leader and Bishop worked so hard to put it all together and last night it went so amazingly well! I really wish I could describe the entire thing but the members loved it and were excited about member missionary work! The high councilman over missionary work gave some closing remarks after the missionaries all did our activities and he was incredible! He focused on the goal of our stake to "come unto christ and be perfected in him and bring others with you" and really it was just so good there really are no words i've tried.. The fireside was the perfect set up to the big news of the night when it became official that I would be leaving St. Cloud! :( I have been suprizingly numb about the entire idea of transfers this week which has been a blessing and I still kind of am numb or rather a balance of excitement and fear. I found out that I will be "doubled in" or "white washed" meaning another sister and I will be going into a used to be elders area and starting fresh, oh and I'm going to be senior companion. Thank goodness the Lord qualifies those whom he calls! I'm a little nervous but all you have to do when times get tough is faith and patience! I had a wonderful experience this week as an answer to my prayers about my on going problem with not sleeping and was led to Alma 34:3, so beautiful! The lord is truly so aware of all of us and is just right there to help us. We can't do anything without him, that I am confident of. The Atonement is beautiful and such a gift! I hope ya'll have a beautiful week!
With love!!!
