What a wonderful week! It is finally getting cold and rainy here making the work fun and making it feel like it is actually Christmas! We had an amazing ward Christmas party on Saturday. A complete luau with amazing food and so much fun for our investigators! They all loved it and it is so great to see them making friends with all of the ward members! One of the great highlights was our missionary skit of the three wisemen, so ridiculous it was wonderful. Sister Williams was King Herod and we did a wonderful job creating her costume, she was the best looking one, beard and all! Dispite the rain we contacted some amazing individuals this week, one in particular was an uncle of a less active we were visiting. We talked with him briefly but he told us he was busy, we decided to visit another family in the complex and as we were walking the same man came out and began talking with us again. He is in a hard situation and was asking for help and we ended up having an amazing conversation about God and his relationship with him. He told us of how he had this "pushing" to open the door in the first place and then again to come find us. It is so wonderful to see how important the spirit is and just how powerful it can be! There were multiple instances this week where we were in the exact right place at the exact right time all because of the guidance of the spirit! It is something that has to be conciously recognized, his hand in the work and in our lives in general, but if we take the time to truly reflect on our days there is no doubt that he is not there. Everything we have is from him and he is there composing it all! So truly amazing! Our investigators are doing wonderful! We are excited for this coming week! Christmas time is just wonderful and I hope ya'll are enjoying it! Be happy and stay smiling! Read your scriptures!
With love!
